01/04/2020The Circular Plastics Alliance was launched in December 2018 by the European Commission and aims to boost the EU market for recycled plastics to 10 million tonnes by 2025. The alliance covers the full plastics value chains and includes over 175 organisations representing industry, academia and public authorities.
The WEEE Forum will contribute to the CPA WG Electrical and Electronic Equipment and, more in particular, it will be involved in the Collection and Sorting group. The WEEE Forum, with the support of one of its members, Ecodom, will assist the Thematic Coordinator with data-gathering, the development of deliverables on collection and monitoring and drive the WEEE Forum activities to that effect.
