These sessions and drives are usually ad hoc and involve multiple stakeholders, including government bodies, business entities, institutes, and housing societies.

The focus is to make people aware of the Invisible E-waste that is hoarded in their homes. This drive is to be conducted in partnership with Hansraj College in Delhi ,ISDC in Hyderabad and with IYCN in Bangalore. The waste collected will be channelized to our recycling partners.

Description: WE The Recycling company in partnership with Godrej Appliances conducts free online/offline awareness campaigns and collection drives across India or educational institutes, corporates, brands, hospitals, residential complexes etc. In this session, WE cover different aspects of E-waste, their life cycle, current scenario of waste generated, importance of recycling and how to support Digital India-Clean India initiative.

Awareness campaigns helps to create social impact by educating young minds and people from rural areas. In last one year, WE conducted 186 activities with different stakeholders in more than 20 states and 25+ cities in India and have impacted over 400,000 people by encouraging them to support E-waste recycling through formal channel.

For the next 2 months, WE have planned to conduct multiple awareness sessions and run mega collection drive in association with Thane Municipal Corporation and Anti-Plastic Brigade Charitable Trust.
